Frameworks. A lot of people say “they are great for rapid prototyping, but not for production.” But doesn’t that mean there is some “wasted” code in the process? If what is developed for prototyping, review and even approval never makes it into the production code base, is the “rapid” aspect that valuable?

In this session, Emily will share how she has created a custom “framework” for her client services work. Inspired by the genius and generosity of popular frameworks and resources, Emily relies on HTML, CSS and JS “starter files” for every project. You’ll learn how your own custom, internal starter files -- with basic version control -- can help you:
* Define project scope with prospects before a contract is even signed.
* Modularize your HTML and CSS for re-use.
* Create web-based wireframes.
* Evolve your base for production-level code.
